![]() At first he told me to get a estimate, then he told me he would split the cost with me, and then changed it and told me he couldnt do anything for me because he couldnt pull the video surveillance from that far back. ![]() I was then contacted by ***************************** who is the district manager for that store. I left numerous voice messages and also emails with nothing in return. For over 10days I tried to contact take5 through their website using their customer service number and email. Then I went to ******* to try to get a oil change and they denied my service for the same reason. The Take5 location in ******************** told me they know for 100% fact it was not like that when I came in the first time because they would have denied my service then. They denied my service due to the other Take5 location in ************ ruining my oil pan drain plug and replacing it with a nut and bolt. ![]() I proceeded to go back to the Take5 location in Newport Richy ******* where I had my oil changed the first time. I have had two oil changes on my vehicle since I bought it.
